These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of ProjectX (“the Platform”), an AI-powered local business marketing and SEO platform developed and operated by Chakraview Creative Labs (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

By registering for or using ProjectX, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

  1. Description of Service

ProjectX is a SaaS platform designed to help small local businesses manage their digital presence, including Google Business Profile optimisation, AI-powered content creation, social media publishing, lead management, and business performance analytics.

  1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or your business. By using the Platform, you represent that you meet these requirements.

  1. Account Responsibilities
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access or security breach.
  1. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulations.
  • Upload or publish content that is defamatory, obscene, fraudulent, or infringes on any third-party rights.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform or its infrastructure.
  • Use the Platform to send spam, unsolicited messages, or misleading content.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Platform.
  1. Social Media Publishing

When you connect your social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, X/Twitter, YouTube) to ProjectX, you authorise us to publish content on your behalf using the permissions you grant via OAuth. You remain solely responsible for the content published through your connected accounts and for ensuring compliance with each platform’s terms of service.

  1. AI-Generated Content

ProjectX uses artificial intelligence to generate post drafts, content recommendations, and creative assets. You acknowledge that AI-generated content is provided as a starting point and you are responsible for reviewing and ensuring its accuracy and appropriateness before publishing. We do not warrant that AI-generated content is error-free or suitable for any specific purpose.

  1. Intellectual Property
  • Content you upload to the Platform remains your property.
  • You grant Chakraview Creative Labs a limited, non-exclusive licence to use your content solely to provide the services described herein.
  • The ProjectX platform, including its design, software, and features, is the intellectual property of Chakraview Creative Labs and may not be copied, modified, or distributed without prior written consent.
  1. Subscription and Billing
  • Access to ProjectX is subject to a paid subscription. Pricing details are provided at the time of registration.
  • Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access.
  • Refunds are handled in accordance with our refund policy communicated at the time of purchase.
  1. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to ProjectX at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine to be harmful to other users, the Platform, or third parties. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

  1. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Chakraview Creative Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

  1. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

  1. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Chakraview Creative Labs operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

  1. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
